Self-test visible browser/session signals while using a specific VPN app or tunnel. Each page walks through the same IP, DNS, WebRTC, IPv6, and browser fingerprint checks before and after connecting, and explains what that particular product documents about its own behaviour — which is why a few of them tell you an unchanged reading is the correct one. Some entries here are browser proxies or overlay networks rather than full device VPNs, and each page says so. Run the checks before connecting to save a baseline, connect to the provider, then run the same checks again in the same browser tab. Compare visible IP, DNS resolver, WebRTC candidates, IPv6 exposure, and browser fingerprint traits. Save a Privacy Receipt if you need a shareable summary.
