Reading a shawcable.net hostname
Shaw's reverse DNS is unlike the other Canadian carriers'. 68.144.1.1 answers as S01060cea1468491d.cg.shawcable.net: a fixed S0106 prefix, twelve hexadecimal digits that identify the specific modem, a short market label, then the shawcable.net zone. Where Bell's names describe a central office and Rogers' names say pool and cpe, Shaw's are keyed to the device on the customer's wall, and the address itself does not appear in the hostname at all.
Two things follow. The name changes when the modem does, so it identifies equipment rather than a household and is not something to treat as a durable identifier for anybody. And it confirms what every other signal on this page confirms - that AS6327 is subscriber access. There is no rented compute here for a proxy or a VPN exit to run on; an address is a cable line, and the only thing the reverse DNS leaves open is which market serves it.
