Free IP checker and privacy tests
What is my IP address?
Your public IP address appears here as soon as the page opens. Then run one free check to see whether your connection, your DNS or your browser gives away more than you expect - no account and no sign-up.
Direct answer
What your public IP address shows
Your public IP address is the address websites and apps see when your connection reaches them. Your internet provider, mobile carrier or VPN assigns it, and devices on the same home Wi-Fi usually share one public IPv4 address. It reveals your provider and an approximate location, usually a region or city, but not your street address or your name.

What the full leak test checks
The homepage starts with one route because these signals only make sense together. A changed IP can still leak through DNS, WebRTC, IPv6, or browser identity hints.
